Use for mentions of particular messages (verb+arity). Automatically links to the category and puts it in the category.

Usage:
* <nowiki>{{{msg|messageVerb/messageArity}}}</nowiki> (shows arity)
* <nowiki>{{{msg|messageVerb|messageArity}}}</nowiki> (does not show arity) {{XXX|Not available until the wiki has #if: support}}

For N-ary messages (e.g. __makeList.run), use "*" for the arity.</noinclude>
