kEIO is a currently defunct project by User:Kevin Reid to implement the EIO interfaces, and TCP socket access, in E-on-Java.
Kevin's more recent work is to redesign EIO itself to be lighter-weight; his experiments in this direction are in E-on-CL. E-on-Java does still need stream IO facilities, though.
