SWT is the approved GUI framework for E-on-Java. (AWT is also supported, but there is concern about the correctness of its taming due to its complexity).
SWT on Mac OS X
For proper GUI behavior, it is generally necessary to execute SWT applications on Mac OS X from within a Mac OS X application bundle. There is a utility, macify-swt.e
, to do this provided in the scripts directory of the E-on-Java distribution.

If you are getting lot of "just leaking" messages, you downloaded the wrong one. We used this version: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.5.1-200909170800/index.php#SWT
