A Swiss number is a large unguessable random number (or hash) which is used to identify an object. We call it a Swiss number since it has the knowledge-is-authority logic loosely attributed to Swiss bank accounts.

NonceLocator in the CapTP protocol uses 160-bit Swiss numbers to bootstrap live refs in the SturdyRef and three-vat introduction cases.
